Shipping & Returns
Every bottle is packed by hand at the distillery in the Hindmarsh Valley and sent anywhere in Australia.
Delivery area
Every state and territory in Australia, including PO boxes. No overseas delivery, sorry.
Cost
Delivery is a flat $16.50 per order, however many bottles you buy.
How long it takes
- South Australia: 3 to 4 business days.
- Everywhere else: 5 to 10 business days.
Orders go out with WSL. Busy periods can add a day or two to packing. Need it by a particular date? Email before you order with the delivery address, and the team will tell you what's possible.
Delivery instructions
Special delivery instructions are always passed on, but they're a guide only: it's up to the driver whether they're safe to follow. If anything goes wrong with your delivery, get in touch as soon as you can.
Changing your address
Just ordered and need a different address? Email straight away with your order number and the new address, and it will be updated if the order hasn't left the distillery.
Returns
Not happy with the quality of something you've bought? Call or email, and the team will offer a credit, a refund or an exchange.
Paying
Pay by card, or with Klarna if you'd rather pay in instalments. Stripe processes card payments securely, so your full card details never reach the distillery.
