A combination of vintage port, tawny and muscat casks are used to showcase and explore Australia’s rich fortified heritage. Barrels selected for this expression date back as far as the early 1900’s and have matured some of the country’s most iconic fortified wines.

An ode to the Benetton b186 Formula One racecar.
Connecting with Adelaide Motorsport Festival our latest release from Cut Hill Whisky is customised like an authentic Formula One racecar. Each bottle of the 300-bottle release has a fragment of the carbon fibre wing from the b186 artistically designed into the cork. DNA from one of the world’s fastest Formula 1 racing cars is inset, where collectors and enthusiasts can own a piece of Benetton’s b186 monster.
And not to be too side-tracked by the DNA, you could say the whisky from start to finish 'outperforms the car'. The exceptional dual-vatted Muscat casks were carefully chosen as the heartbeat of the release.
