Cut Hill Wall Distillery Tomb Dweller Stout Cask Whisky x 1 × 200ml
ABV 47.6%
A full-circle collaboration with Uraidla Brewery - American Oak casks from 2025's Tomb Dweller Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout release have now imparted new dark characters into Cut Hill Wall Distillery single malt whisky
Nose: Vanilla and oak surrounded by dark chocolate, caramel, roasted coffee, dehydrated apricots & oranges
Palate: Butter and oak upfront, followed by an encompassing and lingering stout presence - dark chocolate, coffee, dehydrated apricot, subtle spice & burnt toffee
Uraidla Brewery Tomb Dweller Whiskey Barrel Aged Imperial Stout x 2 × 375ml
For this year's vintage, we have packed more specialty malt into the grist to accentuate mouthfeel and overall flavour complexity in the base stout. The stout was then aged across twelve whiskey barrels hand-selected by the team over at Cut Hill Wall Distillery. A blend of single malt, rye and peated whiskey barrels that were recently charred, embed flavours of raisins, dark chocolate, charred oak, burnt toffee and a whisper of peat for some added complexity.
