A bold, small-batch collaboration with Hunter & Barrel, bringing together their signature celebration of meat and fire with the craft of whisky making. Single malt whisky matured in red wine casks is carefully fat-washed with rich Wagyu fat, capturing a silky texture and deep savoury character while retaining the whisky’s natural warmth and complexity. Whisky barrel staves are used to smoke the Wagyu fat before infusion, adding another layer of toasted oak and gentle smoke, before a touch of peated whisky brings everything together.
