This whisky encapsulates our identity – Australian Red wine and Mead Cask. Casks are sourced from local-Australian regions for this, our forever release. Particular casks are seasoned with local McLaren Vale liqueur mead which adds fruit cake to the palate. Spiced dates and pudding are overlaid and supported by dry red wine varietals in predominantly American oak casks, which are carefully aged in the drying conditions of South Australia’s maritime micro-climate of the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Delicious on the nose, palate-central in the mouth, and lingering on the finish.
