Butter and oak upfront, followed by an encompassing and lingering stout presence - dark chocolate, coffee, dehydrated apricot, subtle spice & burnt toffee

This whisky continues our journey through collaboration with local, family owned businesses. After Uraidla Brewery decanted their delicious imperial stout, we filled the casks with our new make spirit, allowing for final impartation of those rich, deep, broody chocolate notes.
